We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter with a minimum of 8 years of proven expertise in recruitment within the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of both technical and non-technical hiring and must be skilled in managing end-to-end recruitment cycles with speed, accuracy, and persistence.
· Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles in a manufacturing setup.
· Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals like Naukri, Indeed, Shine, and LinkedIn.
· Aggressively cold call and schedule interviews to meet urgent hiring needs.
· Conduct initial telephonic or video screenings, coordinate with department heads, and manage the interview process.
· Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
· Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
· Collaborate with departmental managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
