We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and help us build a strong workforce. The role involves sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Understand manpower requirements by working closely with hiring managers.
Source potential candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and headhunting).
Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and assess candidates’ suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking system.
Handle end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer rollout.
Ensure timely communication with candidates to provide a positive candidate experience.
Maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Assist in employer branding activities and participate in job fairs/campus recruitment drives.
Provide weekly/monthly recruitment status reports to management.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
