Job Summary

The HR Executive will manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate should be organized, people-oriented, and capable of supporting a fast-growing company environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and selecting candidates.

• Publish job postings on job portals, social media, and other hiring platforms.

• Maintain candidate pipelines and coordinate with hiring managers on manpower requirements.

2. Onboarding & Induction

• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities.

• Conduct new-employee orientation and ensure smooth induction.

• Maintain employee records and HR databases.

3. HR Operations & Administration

• Maintain attendance, leave management systems, and employee documentation.

• Assist in payroll coordination and monthly HR reports.

• Manage HRMS entries, employee data updates, and compliance-related documentation.

4. Employee Engagement

• Plan and execute team-building activities, engagement events, and celebrations.

• Conduct periodic feedback sessions to improve employee satisfaction.

5. Performance Management

• Assist with performance evaluation cycles, goal setting, and appraisal documentation.

• Track employee performance and support managers in addressing performance concerns.

6. HR Policies & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to company HR policies and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.).

• Update policies as needed and communicate changes to staff.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in HR (Consulting industry experience is a plus).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Familiarity with HRMS, recruitment portals, and MS Office.

• Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work independently.
