Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, building a strong talent pipeline, and supporting strategic hiring initiatives across various verticals.

Key Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking platforms.

• Screen resumes and applications to match job requirements and shortlist qualified candidates.

• Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability.

• Coordinate with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver timely solutions.

• Maintain and update the recruitment database, trackers, and reports.

• Manage offer roll-out, documentation, and post-offer follow-up.

• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.

• Assist in campus drives, job fairs, and other hiring events.

• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Proven experience in recruitment (agency or in-house preferred).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.

• Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment software.

• Understanding of various industries and job roles (IT/Non-IT).

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
