Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various roles across the company, ensuring timely staffing of quality talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers
Source candidates using job portals, social media, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with departments
Follow up with candidates and maintain recruitment records
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred in HR or Business Administration)
