Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle—sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for a wide range of client requirements. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between skilled candidates and hiring companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and define job requirements.

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, and other channels.

• Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

• Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates.

• Support offer management and follow up on post-placement engagement.

• Keep up with market trends and evolving hiring practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a recruitment consultancy or staffing agency.

• Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple roles and meet hiring deadlines.

• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ATS tools is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience hiring for sectors such as BPO, Sales, IT, or Healthcare.

• Understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.

• Certification in recruitment or talent management (desirable but not mandatory).
