Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and proactive HR Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. You will manage the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring that Elvomax continues to attract and onboard top talent to fuel our expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and job requirements.

• Draft and post job advertisements on job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and social platforms.

• Source candidates through databases, networking, headhunting, and referrals.

• Conduct telephonic/virtual interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.

• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and reports.

• Ensure an engaging and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Assist in onboarding and support HR activities such as documentation and employee engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience as an HR Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Executive.

• Knowledge of sourcing techniques and familiarity with major job portals.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple hiring priorities in a fast-paced, growing organization.

• Basic understanding of HR operations and policies will be an added advantage.
