The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying hiring needs, attracting suitable candidates through various channels, screening, and coordinating the selection process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand hiring requirements from internal stakeholders

• Create and post job descriptions on job boards, social media, and company career portals

• Source potential candidates using databases, job portals and referrals
