Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for healthcare positions (from junior staff to senior specialists).
Understand manpower requirements from hospitals/clients and create effective job descriptions.
Source candidates using multiple channels (job portals, databases, networking, referrals, social media).
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients (hospitals/clinics/healthcare organizations).
Maintain candidate pipelines for critical healthcare roles.
Negotiate salary packages, manage offer letters, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and databases for future manpower needs.
Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and client organizations.
Stay updated with healthcare industry trends, licensing/credentialing requirements, and recruitment practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
Proven experience (1–3+ years) in healthcare recruitment / hospital HR / manpower consultancy.
Strong knowledge of healthcare roles, skill sets, and industry hiring practices.
Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions under tight deadlines.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualities
Prior experience in recruiting nurses, doctors, and allied healthcare staff.
Understanding of healthcare compliance, certifications, and registration requirements.
