About the Role
We are looking for passionate and outcome oriented Non-IT Recruiter to join our team. Initially you will be in 3 months probationary period where you will gain hands-on experience in recruitment and our other operations. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in identifying, evaluating, and recruiting top talent for diverse non-IT positions in insurance field.
Primary Responsibilities
Job Posting: Crafting compelling job descriptions and posting job openings on relevant platforms.
Sourcing: Identifying and attracting top talents. Develop and implement recruitment strategies, utilize various channels (job boards, social media, industry networks), and build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Resume Screening & Candidate Assessment: Conducting initial screenings, short listing candidates, and coordinating assessments.
Candidate Evaluation: Assessing candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit through phone
Interview Coordination: Scheduling and managing interviews and ensuring smooth flow of interview process to hiring firms.
Candidate Experience: Maintain positive communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the process, building relationships and promoting the company's reputation.
On boarding Support: Assist with the on boarding of new hires, providing necessary information and resources.
Requirements
Experience: 6 months to 3 years in recruitment/sales hiring
Salary/ Stipend: 5000 for 3 months (probation period) •other benefits as outlined under Benefits.
Timings: 9 AM – 5 PM (Monday – Friday).
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and applicant tracking systems.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms.
Knowledge on sales profiles (insurance sales, BFSI and related roles) would be an added advantage.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
