Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain candidate data and recruitment reports.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for entry-level to mid-level roles.
Conduct background checks and document verification.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Represent the company professionally at job fairs and campus drives.
