Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and helping the organization attract top talent for multiple roles including design, sales, admin, and event operations.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals

·        Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads

·        Conduct initial HR rounds and shortlist candidates

·        Maintain and update the recruitment database

·        Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires

·        Collaborate with senior HR personnel for workforce planning

·        Represent the brand during job fairs or hiring events

Requirements:

·        Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field

·        Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR recruitment

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·        Ability to handle multiple roles and work under tight deadlines

·        Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software tools

Preferred Qualities:

·        Experience hiring for creative and event-based roles

·        Understanding of wellness, lifestyle, or health-focused industries
