Job Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Handle onboarding formalities and documentation.
Maintain recruitment data and MIS reports.
Build strong candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.
Assist in employee engagement and HR operational activities.
Requirements:
Graduate in HR/Management or equivalent.
Proven experience in recruitment (minimum 6 months–2 years preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Knowledge of sourcing techniques and HR practices.
