• Ensure the company attracts, hires, and retains the most qualified employees

• Design and update job descriptions

• Source candidates through job portals, social platforms, and other relevant resources

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle

• Follow up with candidates through the hiring process

• Interview candidates (via phone and video)

• Maintain a candidate database and report to management

• Coordinate with management on profile feedback

• Fulfill staffing requirements across domains, functions, and industries

• Use platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, and Monster to source and advertise openings

• Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g., social media and professional platforms)

• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates

• Screen incoming resumes and application forms

• Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards, and internally

• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
