Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for leading and managing the organization’s talent acquisition strategies. 5. Implement and manage recruitment tools, metrics, and reporting systems to track performance.

Leadership and Strategy:

3. Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.

4. Develop and manage the HR budget for talent acquisition and business HR activities.
