Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and execute mass recruitment drives, including campus hiring, walk-ins, job fairs, and bulk recruitment events.
Partner with colleges/universities, training institutes, and placement cells to build a strong hiring pipeline/talent pool database
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, shortlisting, offers, and onboarding.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of campus recruitment and mass hiring processes and Ability to handle high-volume hiring with efficiency and accuracy
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for campus drives and recruitment events
Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years of proven experience in mass hiring / campus hiring/volume recruitment.
Experience in IT / EdTech / BPO / Manufacturing sectors preferred…etc
