Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic HR Recruiter – Non-IT with excellent communication skills and a passion for talent acquisition. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in non-IT recruitment, handling diverse roles across industries such as healthcare, pharma, manufacturing, sales, marketing, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT positions, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.

• Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, networking, and social media platforms.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure timely hiring.

• Conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.

• Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers regularly.

• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Meet recruitment targets within stipulated timelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred).

• 1 to 3 years of proven experience in non-IT recruitment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.

• Familiarity with job portals, professional networking sites, and recruitment tools.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
