Job Title: HR Executive

Job Summary:

The HR Executive will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, employee engagement, and administrative activities. The role involves identifying and partnering with recruitment agencies to ensure a smooth hiring process, managing formalities, payroll, appraisals, and other HR-related functions.

Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Hiring:

•     Identify, reach out to, and partner with new recruitment agencies to expand the talent pool, negotiate terms, and ensure efficient hiring processes.

•      Understand job requirements and source relevant profiles from job portals, social networks, references, consultants, or local newspapers.

•      Review, evaluate, and shortlist profiles.

•      Conduct telephonic screening interviews to assess candidates' communication skills, educational eligibility, interests, availability, and salary expectations.

•      Manage mass recruitment processes across multiple locations (PAN India).

•      Collect and maintain records of rent agreements across all locations (PAN India).

•      Candidate should know about LinkedIn and be able to work proficiently on the platform for sourcing and outreach.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

•      Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

•      2+ years of experience in HR and recruitment.

•      Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

•      Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR management systems.
