Job Role: HR Recruiter
💰 Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 + Unlimited Incentives
🕘 Full-Time | Walk-In Interviews: 11 AM – 5 PM

What You’ll Do:
✔️ Handle end-to-end hiring for BPO & customer service jobs
✔️ Source candidates via job sites, social media, walk-ins & referrals
✔️ Screen and talk to candidates over phone
✔️ Schedule interviews & follow up with clients and candidates
✔️ Support bulk hiring drives and maintain candidate database
✔️ Post job ads and design creatives (Canva knowledge is a plus)
✔️ Maintain daily reports and hiring trackers

Who Can Apply:
✅ Freshers or up to 2 years of experience in recruitment
✅ Good communication & people skills
✅ Basic computer knowledge and job portal usage
✅ Interested in HR, Recruitment, or Consultancy careers
✅ Canva/designing skills (preferred but not must)
