Roles and responsibilities
l collaborating with hiring managers and department heads to define the job descriptions.
l Utilizing various recruitment methods and channels to source potential candidates, such as online job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, career fairs, and professional networks.
l Reviewing resumes and applications, and conducting initial screenings to shortlist qualified candidates.
l Conducting background checks
l Assisting in the on boarding process by coordinating orientation programs and facilitating the necessary paperwork.
l Promoting the organization's brand and values to attract top talent. Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and fostering a strong employer brand reputation.
Key skills
l Should have good Communication skills.
l Able to interact in English language
l Should have good leadership skills and problem solving ability
l Should have knowledge of all the job portals
Additional Details:
l Working days - Five (5) days a week
l Time - 10:00AM to 6:30PM
l Joining – Immediate
l Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
l Selected candidate is required to work from office.
