Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle across departments including IT, Sales, Design, Marketing, Admin, and Support.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create ideal candidate profiles.
Draft, update, and post clear, appealing Job Descriptions across platforms.
Source candidates using various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant team leads and technical panels.
Conduct preliminary HR interviews and rounds where applicable.
Maintain ongoing communication with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Collect and consolidate interviewer feedback and communicate outcomes to candidates.
Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and key hiring metrics.
Suggest hiring strategies and assist in process improvements.
Coordinate offer rollouts and manage joining formalities in collaboration with management.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience (agency or in-house preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of hiring platforms and sourcing techniques.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tracking tools is a plus.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
