· Manage end-to-end recruitment for large-scale hiring drives (frontline, entry-level, and mid-level).
· Source candidates through job portals, social platforms, referrals, campus hiring, walk-ins, and other channels.
· Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds.
· Organize and manage mass recruitment events, walk-in interviews, and job fairs.
· Maintain high-quality candidate experience and follow up throughout the selection process.
· Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards to track hiring progress.
· Liaise with recruitment agencies, staffing partners, and outsourcing vendors.
· Evaluate vendor performance and ensure adherence to SLAs and quality metrics.
· Negotiate commercials/contracts in coordination with HR leadership.
· Monitor billing, invoicing, and ensure compliance with company policies.
· Address escalations and ensure timely closures from vendor side.
· HSC or Bachelor’s degree ( any )
· 6 months / 1 year + of experience in bulk hiring; vendor management experience is an added advantage.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to manage large hiring volumes under tight deadlines.
· Proficiency in MS Excel, recruitment tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
