Job Title: HR Manager – Gulf Department
Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Mode of Interview: Walk-in
Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years in HR Management (preferably in the Gulf region)
Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA (Based on experience & current CTC)
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
No. of Positions: 1

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & implement HR strategies aligned with business goals in the Gulf region

• Manage recruitment processes ensuring compliance with local Gulf labour laws

• Address employee concerns and manage performance processes

• Ensure full HR legal compliance across the Gulf region

• Promote employee development through training initiatives

• Oversee compensation & benefits structure in alignment with market standards

• Maintain HR reports and key metrics

• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations

Key Skills (Tech/Non-Tech):

• Strong knowledge of Gulf labour laws

• Excellent communication, interpersonal & leadership skills

• Hands-on experience with HR software and MS Office

• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
