Screening & Shortlisting
Conduct preliminary screening of resumes and applications.
Interview candidates to assess suitability (skills, experience, cultural fit).
Shortlist candidates as per client’s requirements.
Interview Coordination
Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
Ensure proper communication of job details, company background, and expectations to candidates.
Follow up with both candidates and clients on interview status.
Negotiation & Offer Management
Assist in salary negotiations between clients and candidates.
Guide candidates through the offer and joining process.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients for talent acquisition strategies.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain records of recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and client updates.
Share regular progress reports with clients and management.
Market Research & Strategy
Stay updated on industry hiring trends and competitor recruitment strategies.
Suggest innovative sourcing and hiring techniques to meet targets.
Target Achievement
Work towards monthly/quarterly hiring targets set by the consultancy.
Ensure timely closures of client mandates.
