Reports To: HR Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end hiring processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring managers to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand job requirements from clients and create or modify job descriptions accordingly

• Source candidates through various channels including job portals (Naukri, Monster, Shine, etc.), social media (LinkedIn), internal databases, referrals, and headhunting

• Conduct telephonic screening, assess candidate fitment, and schedule interviews with clients

• Coordinate between clients and candidates during the entire recruitment lifecycle

• Maintain candidate and interview data in internal trackers or ATS systems

• Follow up with candidates post-interview until final joining

• Meet or exceed monthly hiring targets and TATs (Turnaround Times)

• Handle bulk hiring, lateral hiring, or leadership hiring based on client needs

• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients for repeat business

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).

• 6 Months to 1 years of recruitment experience (in-house or consultancy).

• Strong understanding of recruitment tools, platforms, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Staffing hiring.

• Familiarity with HR software like Zoho Recruit, BambooHR, or Workday.

• Understanding of labor laws and recruitment compliance.
