Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Conduct preliminary HR interviews
Maintain and update the recruitment tracker
Draft job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms
Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring needs
Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Handle the onboarding formalities of selected candidates
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Proven experience as an HR recruiter or similar role is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and recruiting tools
Comfortable working independently and remotely
