Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles across the organization.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, competencies, and interview strategies.
Source candidates using job boards, social media platforms, networking, and outreach campaigns.
Review resumes, screen applicants, and conduct initial phone or video interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure accurate candidate data.
Develop and post job descriptions to attract qualified candidates.
Participate in career fairs, recruitment events, and employer branding initiatives.
Create talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Provide regular updates and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment status.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and diversity hiring practices.
Support new-hire onboarding, including paperwork, orientation, and initial training coordination.
