Role:
Handling end-to-end recruitment processes for overseas and domestic job requirements
Sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
Coordinating with clients to understand manpower needs and job specifications
Scheduling and conducting interviews, and maintaining candidate pipelines
Assisting in documentation and visa processing for international deployments
Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships
Supporting internal HR functions including onboarding and basic administration
Ensuring compliance with recruitment standards and labor regulations
Requirements:
6 months to 2 years of experience in HR recruitment, preferably in manpower consultancy
Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and coordination abilities
Familiarity with international recruitment procedures is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and online recruitment platforms
