We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter with hands-on experience in BPO hiring. The ideal candidate should be skilled in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for voice, non-voice, and blended process roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references

• Conduct telephonic screenings and schedule interviews

• Coordinate with operations for interview feedback and joining formalities

• Maintain candidate database and MIS reports

• Ensure timely closures of open positions

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in BPO recruitment

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred: Immediate joiners
