Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for various roles.
Create and update job descriptions as per hiring needs.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and evaluate candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers and schedule interviews.
Maintain applicant tracking and documentation.
Assist in background verification processes.
Job Requirements:
Only female candidates with excellent communication skills.
Age should be below 25 years.
Qualification: Any graduate.
Experience: Freshers to 2 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
Working Days: 6 days/week (Sunday fixed off).
Day shift only.
