Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across various departments.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidates’ fit, experience, and expectations.
• Maintain and update the recruitment database / ATS with accurate candidate information.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
• Draft and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
• Manage offer negotiations, background verification, and onboarding formalities.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
