Job Summary:
EasyRecruiitz is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented IT or Non IT Recruiter to join our growing team. You will play a vital role in sourcing, screening, and placing top IT talent with our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of the IT and Non IT landscape, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting the right people with the right opportunities. This also includes headhunting top talent in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Manage the entire recruitment process from requisition to offer acceptance, including:
Understanding client requirements and job specifications.
Sourcing candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, headhunting, etc.).
Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews.
Coordinating technical interviews and assessments.
Negotiating offers and managing the onboarding process.
Candidate Sourcing & Relationship Building:
Proactively identify and engage with passive candidates, including through headhunting and targeted outreach.
Build and maintain a strong network of IT and Non IT professionals.
Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies.
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing regular updates. Manage client expectations and ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
Database Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities in the ATS/CRM system.
Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on IT and Non IT industry trends, technologies, and salary benchmarks.
Collaboration: Work closely with other recruiters and team members to share best practices and collaborate on open positions.
Performance Tracking:
Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) and strive to achieve targets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1-5 years of experience in IT and non IT recruitment.
Proven track record of successfully placing IT professionals, including experience with headhunting.
Strong understanding of IT and Non IT technologies and roles.
Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Proficient in using ATS/CRM systems and job boards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
