The Implant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day logistics operations at the client site, ensuring smooth coordination between the client and the company. He/She will manage workforce deployment, ensure adherence to compliance, maintain service levels, and support operational excellence.
Operations Management
Supervise daily inbound and outbound logistics activities (loading, unloading, dispatch, and warehousing).
Monitor order processing, documentation, and ensure timely deliveries.
Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Coordinate with transporters and vendors for smooth vehicle movement.
Workforce Management
Supervise and allocate manpower (loaders, operators, drivers, etc.) as per requirement.
Monitor attendance, discipline, and productivity of contractual staff.
Provide basic training and guidance to workforce on safety and operational efficiency.
Client Coordination
Act as a single point of contact between client and company operations team.
Address client queries/issues promptly and ensure service quality.
Share daily/weekly reports with client on operations, performance, and exceptions.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure compliance with labor laws, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), and company policies.
Maintain proper records of attendance, invoices, delivery challans, and reports.
Support audit requirements and statutory documentation.
Performance & Reporting
Track key operational KPIs like turnaround time (TAT), accuracy, productivity, and cost efficiency.
Highlight gaps, suggest process improvements, and implement corrective actions.
Prepare and share MIS reports with management and client.
Strong knowledge of logistics & warehouse operations.
Team handling and people management skills.
Good client relationship & communication skills.
Basic knowledge of compliance, safety, and statutory requirements.
MS Excel, reporting, and documentation skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Graduate (preferably in Supply Chain / Logistics / Commerce).
3–6 years of experience in logistics/warehousing operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
Experience in client-site / implant operations preferred.
