Key Responsibilities:

Act as a bridge between departments and teams to ensure smooth internal communication.
Organize and conduct regular team meetings to track progress, align goals, and address issues.
Monitor team performance and ensure task completion as per deadlines.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
Build a pipeline of qualified candidates through sourcing, networking, and headhunting.
