Maternity Benefit Act
Employment Exchange Act
POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment Act)
ESIC filings
Maintain and update monthly statutory registers.
Prepare and submit forms under Gratuity Act, including Form A, Form B, and Form L.
Track validity, renewals, and amendments of S&E Registration Certificates (RC) and CLRA RC.
Support periodic audits related to statutory compliance.
Maintain MIS reports related to compliance activities.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to statutory regulations.
