Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive – Operations to join our corporate HR team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in HR operations and be familiar with daily HR functions and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain employee records and HR databases.

• Support the onboarding and exit process of employees.

• Handle documentation related to offers, joining, background checks, and compliance.

• Coordinate with various departments for smooth HR operations.

• Assist in payroll inputs and attendance management.

• Address employee queries related to HR policies and processes.

• Support audits and maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations in a corporate setup.

• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work with accuracy and confidentiality.
