About the Role:

We at Paytm are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Intern – Onboarding Coordinator to support the onboarding process of Field Sales Executives. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and professional onboarding experience for new hires across locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end onboarding of Field Sales Executives

Coordinate document collection, verification, and database updates

Ensure all onboarding formalities and checklists are completed timely

Work closely with vendors, hiring partners, and internal teams

Maintain accurate records of onboarding status and reports
