Roles & Responsibility :

• HR Process Execution:

  • Assist in the implementation and execution of HR processes and procedures, including onboarding, employee data management, performance management, and offboarding.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and other relevant documentation.

  • Support the HR team in delivering an efficient and effective HR service to employees, addressing their queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

  • Collate salary inputs to facilitate payroll processing.

• HRIS and Data Management:

  • Utilize the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to input, update, and maintain employee data and records.

  • Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and management reporting.

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity, and assist in data cleanup and reconciliation processes as needed.

• Compliance and Policy Adherence:

  • Stay informed about relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies, and ensure adherence to them.

  • Assist in conducting HR audits to ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.

  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures across the organization.

• Employee Support and Assistance:

  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and self-service tools.

  • Assist in resolving employee queries and issues related to HR matters, such as benefits, leave, and payroll.

  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a positive employee experience and timely resolution of employee concerns.

• HR Projects and Initiatives:

  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and employee engagement.
