We are looking for an experienced HR Operations to manage the full recruitment cycle. This role involves identifying potential candidates, conducting interviews, and evaluating their suitability. You will also be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30000 - ₹35000 along with career growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Job Description: 1) Candidate should be well versed & have exposure to HR Operations.
2) Should have handled payroll input processing, Knowledge about payroll, statutory & compliance, HR generalist activities from joining to exit.
3) Generate the attendance and share it with the vendor
4) Validating the timesheet, reimbursements and CTC with vendors.
5) Creation of employee ID’s at the time of new joiners onboarding.
6) Should be good with excel skills, & have exposure in handling HR MIS, data mapping in the system
7) Regularly connect with the vendor and understand the gaps and help in fixing it.
8) Following with the internal stake holders & business team & Employee query resolution. Mandatory Skills: Having sound knowledge of HR operations, Attendance Management, Excellence in Excel, Knowledge about payroll input processing.
