About the Role:
We are looking for an HR professional with strong knowledge of HR processes and experience in business partnering. The role involves supporting employees and managers, driving HR operations, and ensuring compliance with policies while promoting a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders to manage performance, employee relations, and HR operations.
Conduct employee pulse checks, onboarding programs, and career development initiatives.
Handle grievances, conduct investigations, and manage attrition.
Drive performance management, goal-setting, and appraisal calibration.
Ensure HR compliance including exit interviews, background checks, and reporting.
Lead rewards and recognition programs to boost engagement.
Qualifications:
Graduate + MBA
3–5 years of experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner role (preferably in KPO/IT/ITES).
