Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy .
Support end-to-end employee lifecycle activities: onboarding, confirmation, transfers, separations, etc.
Assist with benefits administration, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Coordinate with payroll and compliance teams to ensure timely inputs and documentation.
Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, systems, and procedures.
Assist in implementing HR policies and processes across the organization.
Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports .
Prepare dashboards for leadership review using Excel/Google Sheets or HRIS tools.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to support business insights.
Ensure timely submission of statutory and compliance-related reports, if applicable.
