Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Onboarding Executive to manage end-to-end onboarding activities for new hires. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth and seamless onboarding experience, ensuring all documentation and compliance processes are completed effortlessly.
Key Responsibilities
● Coordinate with selected candidates to initiate and complete onboarding formalities.
● Ensure all necessary documentation is collected, validated, and stored accurately.
● Act as the first point of contact for onboarding-related queries from new joiners.
● Maintain and update onboarding trackers, checklists, and databases.
● Liaise with internal departments (HR, IT, Admin) to ensure day-one readiness.
● Provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders on onboarding status.
● Continuously improve the onboarding experience by identifying process gaps.
Requirements
● Minimum 1 year of experience in onboarding or HR operations.
● Strong communication and coordination skills.
● High attention to detail and process orientation.
● Basic understanding of Excel is a must.
● Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.
