We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR & Operations Executive to handle recruitment, team management, client coordination, backend operations, and digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, people-friendly, and tech-savvy.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and onboard new team members.
Manage and monitor daily team activities.
Handle inbound and outbound calls for recruitment, client follow-ups, and service updates.
Coordinate with clients for project requirements and feedback.
Oversee backend operations and maintain records.
Assist in digital marketing activities including social media, ad campaigns, and content updates.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Support management in day-to-day tasks.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and digital marketing.
Proficiency in MS Office and online tools.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
