Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support the daily functions of our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks related to employee records, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and HR compliance to ensure smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records (hard and digital copies)
Assist in recruitment processes including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and candidate communications
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Coordinate HR projects and take minutes during meetings
Manage leave, attendance, and absence tracking
Prepare HR-related reports as requested
Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with labor regulations
Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information
Support training and development initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in an administrative role (HR experience preferred)
Knowledge of HR software and MS Office (especially Excel)
Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
