The HR Admin Executive supports day-to-day HR and administrative operations, including recruitment,
onboarding, employee record maintenance, logistics coordination, and general HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and orientation. Maintain employee records and support payroll and benefits processes. Coordinate HR events, interviews, training, and seminars. Handle logistics, material dispatch, and travel bookings. Manage company assets, housekeeping, vehicles, and gate pass processes. Ensure HR policy compliance and maintain HRMS data. Prepare offer and exit documents; support grievance handling. Submit invoices, process expenses, and generate HR reports. Communicate with service providers and ensure confidentiality. Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field. 1–3 years’ experience in HR/Admin roles. Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
