We are looking for a HR Operation Executive to join our team Panchanan International Pvt. Ltd. to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹14000 - ₹17000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and update job descriptions.
Source and engage candidates via online platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate tests.
Advertise openings on job portals and social media.
Shortlist candidates and collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
• Own the entire hiring cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination,
feedback collection, offer roll-out.
Maintain candidate pipeline in the ATS; generate regular hiring reports.
Onboarding & Offboarding
Prepare and verify documentation, induction schedules, and IT checklists.
Conduct exit formalities, collect assets, and update HRMS Pro.
Employee Documentation
Maintain accurate soft-copy folders and hard-copy files for all personnel records
(contracts, ID proofs, appraisals, etc.).
HRMS Pro Administration
Enter new-hire data, manage workflows, run standard reports (training available).
Attendance & Leave Management
Monitor biometric/ERP data, reconcile timesheets, flag exceptions, and share monthly
summaries with payroll.
Payroll & Compliance Support
Share validated attendance and variable inputs with finance.
Assist in maintaining statutory registers and ensuring adherence to basic labour-law
requirements (PF, ESI, leaves, gratuity).
HR Projects & Audits:-
Support HR audits, employee engagement activities, and continuous process
improvements.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 2 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
