The HR Executive will manage end-to-end sales recruitment, staff performance monitoring, daily reporting, and on-boarding to ensure smooth HR operations and team productivity across the Solar and Electrical divisions.
Handle full recruitment cycle for sales, telecalling, and managerial roles.
Collect and analyze daily performance reports from all staff.
Maintain centralized data and performance dashboards.
Prepare weekly and monthly HR and performance reports for management review.
Conduct training and orientation for new hires and ensure quick on-boarding.
Hiring external consultants, agents, and business development partners.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, ESI, PF, and attendance systems.
