Job Summary:
The Field Officer is responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day field operations related to manpower deployment for facility services such as housekeeping, security, maintenance, and support staff. This role ensures that client sites are adequately staffed, staff performance meets standards, and client satisfaction is consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manpower Deployment & Management
Coordinate and supervise the deployment of facility staff (housekeeping, security, technical, etc.) at client sites.
Ensure optimal staffing levels across assigned locations.
Monitor attendance, shift schedules, and replacements in case of absenteeism.
2. Client Coordination
Serve as the first point of contact for client concerns and service requests.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure service quality and address any issues.
Maintain strong professional relationships with client representatives.
3. Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all deployed manpower meet legal and company compliance requirements (ID proof, background verification, PF, ESI, etc.).
Maintain updated records of staff attendance, deployment rosters, and client reports.
Submit daily/weekly field reports to the Operations Manager.
4. Training & Performance Monitoring
Conduct basic induction and on-the-job training for new staff joining.
Monitor the performance of facility staff and report deviations.
5. Quality Assurance
Conduct surprise checks to assess cleanliness, service delivery, and staff discipline.
Implement corrective actions in coordination with internal teams when service lapses are identified.
Qualifications:
Education: Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 2–4 years in a field supervision role, preferably in facility management or manpower outsourcing.
Language: Proficiency in [Local Area Language] English & Hindi.
Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and email.
