Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices in our restaurant. The ideal candidate should have strong HR expertise along with working knowledge of Petpooja POS software to help coordinate staff-related functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies aligned with the restaurant’s goals

Handle recruitment, onboarding, and training processes

Maintain employee records and documentation

Monitor attendance, leaves, and staff scheduling

Use Petpooja software for tracking employee attendance, shift management, and payroll coordination

Generate HR-related reports from Petpooja (e.g., shift logs, performance data)

Address employee grievances and support conflict resolution

Ensure labor law and compliance adherence

Support team-building activities and improve employee engagement

Collaborate with the operations team for smooth staff workflow

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

2+ years of HR experience (hospitality sector preferred)

Familiarity with Petpooja POS software is a strong advantage

Solid understanding of HR practices, payroll, and labor laws

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Proficient in MS Office and HR tools
