Job Title - Recruitment & MIS Executive
Role Overview-
A dual-role position responsible for high-volume recruitment and development of Management Information System (MIS) reports and dashboards. You will own the hiring process while delivering accurate, insightful recruitment analytics to drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
A. Recruitment (≈60%)
End-to-End Hiring:
Manage job postings, candidate sourcing (portals, referrals, cold‑calling), resume screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
High‑Volume Sourcing:
Maintain pipelines for tele‑calling/BPO roles via job boards, social media, and vendors.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Partner with hiring managers to ensure a seamless candidate experience. Sourcing Strategy: Develop and manage sourcing strategies, including referral programs and agency coordination.
B. MIS & Reporting (≈40%)
MIS Report Generation:
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly dashboards on hiring metrics—applications, interviews, offers, joiners, time-to-fill, source/channel performance—aligned with industry standards
Data Extraction & Dashboarding: Gather and consolidate data from ATS/CRM/HRIS; build reports and PPT dashboards.
Data Accuracy & Quality Control:
Ensure 100% accuracy and consistency via regular reviews before distribution.
Recruitment Analytics:
Analyze channel effectiveness, vendor/recruiter performance, and hiring trends; recommend improvements
Automation & Optimization:
Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline reporting tasks .
Required Profile-
MIS/reporting roles, ideally in BFSI or high-volume environments.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field.
Technical Skills-
Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
Familiarity with ATS, CRM, HRIS, and basic BI/dashboard tools
